53 years old male
Diagnosis
Chemical Burn Deep 2nd to 3rd degree burnt back, chest, left forearm and left hand (7% TBSA) Superficial 2nd degree burn scattered at chest right arm and right forearm (3% TBSA)
Treatment
Remove bleb Debridement crust on wound Excisional debridement at deep 2nd to 3rd degree burn area. Dressing wound with Silver sulfadiazine cream
Products
BluMembrane Dressing Changed every 5-7 days, total dressing 10 times.
